Stock per branch and recounting branch stock
See the quantity of each item at one branch, the shop total, and goods still in transit, then recount branch stock with a stocktake.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual (Seller Center) > Gudang dan Produk (Warehouse and Products) > Pindah stok (Stock transfer), then choose the Stok per cabang (Stock per branch) section.
Choose a Cabang (Branch) to see its items: Di cabang ini (quantity at that branch), Total toko (shop total: all branches plus goods in transit), and Dalam perjalanan (In transit). Type a name in Cari barang (Search items) to narrow down.
The Main branch (Utama) shows the shop stock left after subtracting other branches and goods in transit, so the numbers always match the shop stock.
To recount, press Hitung ulang stok (opname) (Recount stock). Fill in Jumlah fisik (Physical quantity) for the items you counted (blank ones are not changed), write the Alasan atau catatan hitung (Reason or count note, at least 3 characters), then Simpan hasil hitung (Save count result).
The result shows the items that differ and by how much. Every difference is recorded as a correction in the stock history and the activity log.
Tips
- At the Main branch, count everything on the shelf, including items already ordered by buyers. The system works out the difference itself.
- One save takes at most 200 items. Count in batches when there are many items.
Common questions
Why is the quantity at a branch different from Total toko?
The shop total is all branches added together plus goods still in transit between branches. Each branch only shows its own quantity.
