Each cashier has their own sales sub-account so the Profit and Loss and Ledger show how much each cashier sold.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Give a member the Cashier right in User Access. Sub-account 4200.01 "Cashier sales – cashier name" is created automatically under the parent account 4200 Cashier sales; the next cashier gets 4200.02 and so on.
Remove the Cashier right or remove the member: their sub-account is deactivated (not deleted) so history remains. Grant the right again and the same sub-account becomes active.
In the Profit and Loss, the Cashier sales line still adds everything up. Tap View breakdown per cashier to see each cashier's sales, number of receipts, and percentage.
The Other line holds the owner's sales or receipts without a cashier account plus journal adjustments, so the breakdown always equals the parent.
In the Ledger, pick a cashier sub-account to see that cashier's daily sales totals. Cancelled receipts are not counted.
Online sales stay in account 4100. If needed, create your own sub-accounts such as 4100.01 in Manage Chart of Accounts; journals to a sub-account are rolled up into the parent in the Profit and Loss.
Tips
- The owner can rename a cashier sub-account (for example "Morning cashier") without affecting the calculation.
- The breakdown is computed from completed cashier receipts, so it matches Sales History and the POS Summary.
Common questions
Where do my sales as the owner go?
Into the Other line because the owner has no cashier sub-account. The total still sits in Cashier sales (4200).
