User Access: managing the team and roles
Invite staff with a code, set their permissions, and remove them when needed.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > User Access (shop owner only).
Under Tambah pengguna (add user), choose a permission package: Admin toko (all operational permissions), Gudang (warehouse: pack, ship, manage stock), CS (serve and process orders), Kasir (cashier app: Kasir and Riwayat menus), or Kustom (tick your own; name the package if you like). When PoS is on, Kasir (PoS) is split per submenu: Kasir, Riwayat, Piutang, Ringkasan.
Click Buat kode undangan (create invitation code). The code looks like TM-XXXXXXXX, is valid for 3 days, and can be used once.
Click Salin kode or Salin pesan WhatsApp (copy code or WhatsApp message) and send it to the staff member.
The staff member opens satupack.com/penjual, signs in (or creates an account first), enters the code under Kode undangan tim, and clicks Gabung ke tim (join the team).
Change permissions through the three-dot menu Atur hak akses, or click Keluarkan (remove) to revoke access instantly. Up to 10 active users.
An invitation not yet used can be cancelled with Batalkan undangan.
Tips
- Permissions you can grant: view orders, process orders, pack and ship, manage stock, manage catalogue and prices, and Cashier (PoS) per submenu (Kasir, Riwayat, Piutang, Ringkasan). Finance, balance, withdrawals, cancelling receipts, cashier Settings, and this menu always stay owner-only.
- Kegiatan terbaru (recent activity) permanently records every grant and revocation.
