Opening a shop on Satupack
Open a shop for free and active right away; the Satupack team checks your ID afterwards.

Steps
Sign up and sign in to your Satupack account, making sure your email is confirmed.
Open Account and click Become a seller, or go to satupack.com/akun/jadi-penjual, then click Open my shop now.
Fill in the business details: shop name (3 to 50 characters, cannot match another shop), business type, and main category.
Fill in the owner details: name as on the KTP, 16-digit NIK, and phone or WhatsApp number.
Fill in the location: province down to village, full address, and the pin on the map (use your location or paste a Google Maps link).
Upload a KTP photo (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 3 MB, text readable), tick the consent box, and click Open shop.
The shop is active immediately. Click Open Seller Center, then add your first products and stock.
Tips
- Opening a shop is free and needs no approval. The Satupack team checks the ID within 1 to 3 working days and the shop can keep selling meanwhile.
- The KTP photo must be bright, sharp, and show the whole card. Unclear photos are rejected automatically with the reason.
Common questions
What is the difference between a seller, a Partner, and an Agent?
Anyone can open a shop as a seller. Trigunung Partner and Agent are extra statuses you apply for once your ID is verified; see the Partner and Agent guides.
