Balance and withdrawals to a bank account
Sales funds enter your Balance after the order completes and the return-hold period; withdraw to a bank account any time.

Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Saldo dan penarikan (balance and withdrawals). The cards show Saldo tersedia (available to withdraw), held funds, and withdrawals being processed.
Sales funds enter once the order completes, minus commission and fees, and are held during the return period. After that they become available balance.
The first time, fill in the Rekening bank (bank account): choose the bank, Nomor rekening, and Nama pemilik rekening (must match the shop owner), then Simpan rekening. A new account is usable after 24 hours.
Enter the amount under Ajukan penarikan (or Tarik semua, withdraw all). Note the minimum withdrawal and any withdrawal fee shown on screen.
Click Ajukan penarikan. The Satupack team transfers to your account, usually within 1 working day.
Follow it in Riwayat penarikan (withdrawal history). A withdrawal still waiting can be cancelled and the balance returns in full.
See Mutasi saldo (balance movements): every rupiah in and out with its order number. These records cannot be edited or deleted.
Tips
- If the balance goes negative because of commission, a refund, or courier fees, it is deducted automatically from later sales.
- Set the Upah kurir per antar (courier fee per delivery; Rp0 to Rp200,000) on this page; it is paid to the shop's courier through Satupack when the goods arrive with photo proof, deducted from the shop balance.

Why is my balance held?
Funds are held during the return period after the goods arrive, and while a return or dispute is in progress.
