Receive your registration code
Partners get a code from the Satupack team. Agents get an invitation code from their parent Partner.

Install the Satupack app, register with the code, mark your shop on the map, then upload products and stock.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a Partner and an Agent?
A Partner is the parent shop that registers with a code from the Satupack team. An Agent is a shop in a Partner's network, registered with that Partner's invitation code, that orders goods from its parent Partner.
Is there a sales commission?
There is currently no sales commission. If any fee is introduced, the rate will be announced on Satupack before it takes effect.
Can I use my own couriers?
Yes. A shop can use its own store courier with a per-kilometre rate you set, alongside third-party couriers.
What if there is a dispute with a buyer?
The Satupack Resolution Center reviews evidence from both sides, including delivery and return photos, and decides fairly. Both parties must accept the decision.
