Shop verification and Shop status
See the ID check result, resend your ID if asked, and apply for Partner or Agent status.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open the Pusat Penjual (Seller Center) at satupack.com/penjual and the Status toko (Shop status) menu under Toko.
The Verifikasi toko (Shop verification) card shows the status: waiting for the ID check, Terverifikasi (Verified), ID needs to be resent, or verification rejected.
If asked to resend, read the Pesan dari tim Satupack (message from the Satupack team), fill in Nama sesuai KTP (name as on the ID) and NIK (16 angka), pick a new KTP photo, and click Kirim ulang KTP (Resend KTP).
Once verified, the Jadi Mitra Trigunung (Become a Trigunung Partner) and Jadi Agen Trigunung (Become a Trigunung Agent) cards open for you to apply.
Tips
- The KTP photo is up to 3 MB, in JPG, PNG, or WebP.
- If verification is rejected, the shop is frozen. Contact Customer Care if it is a mistake.
