Applying to become a Trigunung Agent
An Agent takes stock from the nearest Partner and sells to nearby buyers; the Partner answers the application.

Steps
Make sure your shop is open and your ID is verified.
Open Pusat Penjual > Status toko. On the Jadi Agen Trigunung card choose a Partner from Pilih Mitra (terdekat dulu) (nearest first); the Partner must be in the same province.
Write a Pesan untuk Mitra (message to the Partner; optional, up to 300 characters) to introduce your shop.
Click Ajukan jadi Agen. The status becomes Menunggu jawaban (waiting); you can choose Batalkan pengajuan (cancel) while unanswered.
The Partner answers (the Satupack team does not interfere). You are notified when approved or rejected, with the reason.
Once approved your shop becomes an Agent and can order goods from the Partner through Order ke Mitra in the app.
Tips
- Another route: a Partner registers an Agent directly through Akun Agen and gives you a login and login code.
- A Partner application under review must finish before you can apply to be an Agent.
