Answering Agent applications (for Partners)
Approve or reject sellers in your province who want to become your shop's Agent.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Pengajuan Agen (under Agen dan distribusi, Partners only). You are notified whenever a new application arrives.
Open an application to see the Toko pemohon (applicant shop), city and village, distance from your shop, ID status (KTP menunggu pending or verified), shop score, and its message.
Click Setujui jadi Agen (approve as Agent) if you want to accept that shop. It then takes stock from you.
Or click Tolak pengajuan (reject) and write the alasan penolakan (reason; at least 5 characters). The reason is shown to the applicant.
After approving, set terms and credit limit in Daftar Agen if you want to give the Agent credit terms.
Tips
- Only sellers in the same province as you can apply.
- The decision is the Partner's; the Satupack team does not interfere.
