How to order on Satupack
A short walk-through from choosing items to placing and paying for an order.

Steps
Search for an item in the search box or pick a category on the Home page.
Open the product and choose a variant (e.g. colour or size) and the quantity.
Click + Cart to add it, or Buy now to go straight to the cart.
Open the Cart and adjust quantities. The order is split automatically per nearest shop.
Click Checkout. In the Satupack app, choose the address, delivery, delivery date, voucher, and payment method.
Click Place order and pay. The seller starts processing once payment is received.
Tips
- On the website the last step (placing the order and paying) is done in the Satupack app so it stays safe and easy to follow.
- Prices, discounts, and shipping are recalculated by the server when the order is placed.
Common questions
Why is my order split across several shops?
Items ship from the nearest shop that has stock. If they are in different shops, the order is split per shop but you pay once.
