Sign up and sign in
Create one Satupack account with your email, then sign in to shop or sell.

Steps
Open satupack.com and click Sign up at the top (or Sign in, then No account yet? Sign up).
Fill in Full name, Email, and Password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers), then repeat the password.
Enter a Referral code if you have one, tick the Terms and Conditions box, and pass the security check.
Click Sign up. Satupack sends a confirmation link to your email.
Open that email, click the confirmation link, then return to Satupack and click Sign in with the same email and password.
Tick Remember this device for 30 days if it is your own phone or computer.
Tips
- No email? Check your spam and promotions folders.
- The same account is used to shop, to become a Partner or Agent, and to work as a courier.
Common questions
Can I sign in with my phone number?
Not yet. Sign in with your email and password. An Agent registered by a Partner can sign in with email or phone number using the login code from the Partner.
My email is already registered. What now?
Click Sign in. If you forgot the password, choose Forgot password? and follow the link in the email.
