Verifying your account email
Confirm your email so the account can sign in, get order updates, and open a shop.

Steps
After signing up, open the email from Satupack and click the confirmation link.
Return to Satupack and Sign in with your email and password.
To check the status, open Account > Profile, Contact section: the email reads Verified or Not verified.
If the email has not arrived, check spam or promotions, then try signing up or in again with the right email.
Tips
- Opening a shop on Satupack requires a confirmed email.
- If sign-in says “Email not confirmed”, open your inbox and click the link.
