Safety tips: avoid scams

Steps

   Never share your password or verification code with anyone. Satupack never asks for them by chat, WhatsApp, or phone.

   Always pay through Satupack. Never transfer directly to a seller's account outside Satupack.

3. 3

   Use a unique password different from your other accounts, at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers.

   Check the site address: satupack.com. Do not sign in through links from suspicious messages.

   If a phone is lost or the account feels used by someone else, open Account > Security, click Sign out of all devices, then change your password.

6. 6

   Report anything suspicious to Customer Care.
