Forgot password
Reset your password through a link sent to your account email.

Steps
Open the Sign in page and click Forgot password?.
Enter your account email, pass the security check, and click Send link.
Open the email from Satupack (check spam if it is missing) and click the link inside.
Enter a New password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers), repeat it, and click Save password.
Once saved you are signed in. On other devices, sign in with the new password.
Tips
- The confirmation message is the same whether the email is registered or not, to protect accounts.
- Too many attempts? Wait a few minutes and try again.
Common questions
An Agent lost the login code from the Partner?
Ask the Partner to create a new Login code in the Agent Accounts menu. After signing in you are asked to set a new password.
