Payment methods
Pay with QRIS, e-wallet, credit or debit card, or cash on delivery (COD).

Steps
At Checkout choose a Payment method: QRIS, e-wallet, credit or debit card, or cash on delivery (COD).
Click Place order. For QRIS, scan the QR code with your bank or e-wallet app.
For e-wallet, choose the e-wallet you use and finish in its app.
For card, you are sent to a secure page owned by the payment provider. Satupack does not store your card number.
Pay before the deadline shown (24 hours after the order is placed). The order status updates automatically once payment is received.
For COD, pay the courier in cash when the goods arrive, for the amount shown.
Tips
- Bank transfer is not available as a payment method yet.
- Satupack holds your payment until you receive the goods. Never transfer directly to a seller's account outside Satupack.
- If the payment screen is marked “simulation”, payment is still in testing and no money moves.
Common questions
What if I miss the deadline?
Orders not paid within 24 hours are cancelled automatically. You can order again.
Are there extra fees?
The payment summary shows subtotal, shipping, service fee, and voucher discount before you pay.
