Steps
At Checkout see the Delivery options for each shop. Only services the shop offers and that can reach your address are shown.
Shop courier is charged per kilometre from the shop to your address at the rate the shop sets, minimum Rp5,000.
A shop courier only delivers within the shop's service radius plus 1 km. Further than that, choose a third-party courier.
Third-party couriers: GoSend, GrabExpress, Maxim, JNE, J&T, and SiCepat, as ticked by the shop. Ride-hailing rates are estimates.
Pick one delivery service, then check the shipping cost in the summary before placing the order.
Tips
- Your address needs a map pin so shipping and the shop courier can be calculated.
- Outside the shop radius you can still order and shipping is charged by distance.
Common questions
Why is the shop courier option missing?
Your address is outside the shop courier's reach (radius + 1 km) or the shop has not ticked the shop courier. Pick another available delivery service.
