Cancelling an order
Cancel an unpaid order yourself; a paid order needs the seller's approval.

Steps
Open Account > Transactions (or the Orders tab in the app) and select the order.
If it is still Awaiting payment, click Cancel order and confirm. The cancellation takes effect immediately.
If it is already paid, click Request cancellation. The request goes to the seller for approval.
Wait for the seller's answer. The status shows “Waiting for the seller to answer the cancellation”.
If approved, the order is cancelled and the funds are returned. If the seller does not answer within 2 days, the order is cancelled automatically and the funds returned.
Tips
- An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with the goods, file a return.
Common questions
The seller rejected the cancellation. What now?
If the goods have shipped, receive them and file a return if needed. Contact Customer Care if you think the rejection is unfair.
