Writing and reading reviews
Give stars and a comment for the shop after the goods arrive, and read other buyers' reviews before buying.

Steps
Open an order in the app whose status is Arrived or Completed.
Under Review the shop, choose the number of stars for the shop's service and packing.
Write a comment (optional), e.g. “Goods arrived fast and neatly packed”.
Submit the review. You will see “Your shop review has been sent”.
To read reviews, open a product page and the Buyer reviews section or See all reviews. The star distribution is shown too.
Tips
- Honest reviews help other buyers and raise the score of good shops.
- Problem with the goods? File a return first instead of only leaving a low rating.
