Applying to become a Trigunung Partner
A verified shop owner can apply for Partner status to get the Trigunung Catalog and an Agent network.

Steps
Open a shop first (see the Opening a shop guide) and wait for your ID to be verified in the Status toko menu.
In Status toko (Shop status), on the Jadi Mitra Trigunung card click Ajukan jadi Mitra Trigunung (or go to satupack.com/akun/jadi-mitra).
Your shop data and ID are already filled in from opening the shop. Complete the location if needed.
Prepare and upload a photo of the front of the shop or warehouse and a selfie holding your ID. Companies (PT or CV) also upload an NPWP or NIB.
Check the summary, tick the consent box, and click Submit application.
The Satupack team reviews it within 1 to 3 working days and sends the result by email and WhatsApp. If asked, fix it with Perbaiki pengajuan; follow progress with Lihat pengajuan.
Tips
- Partner benefits: the Trigunung Catalog (sell official products without re-entering), the Agent network, priority support, and a Partner badge on your shop and in search results.
- Your identity data is stored encrypted and every access by staff is logged permanently.
