For Sellers and shops
Toko libur: scheduling shop holidays
During a holiday buyers cannot order and are redirected to another nearby shop; orders already placed are still processed.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Toko libur (shop holiday).
Under Jadwalkan libur (schedule a holiday), fill in Mulai (start) and Selesai (hari terakhir libur) (end: the last day off). Up to 60 days per schedule.
Write a Pesan untuk pembeli (message to buyers; optional), e.g. “Closed for Eid, open again on 3 May”, or click Pakai template (use a template). Use the date marker to fill in the reopening date automatically. The Pembeli akan membaca (buyers will read) box is a preview.
Click Simpan jadwal (save schedule). If it starts today, the button becomes Mulai libur sekarang (start holiday now); you are reminded how many orders are still unfinished.
Follow it under Jadwal libur (current and upcoming). During a holiday the remaining days show.
Want to reopen sooner? Click Buka toko lagi (reopen shop) on the running holiday. Remove a schedule you no longer need from the menu on its row.
Tips
- Orders placed before the holiday must still be processed as usual.
- A shop on holiday does not appear as an option for new orders.
