Set the per-km rate, the shop courier's service radius, and the delivery services your shop offers.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open the Pengiriman group > Kurir dan ongkir in the side menu, the Ongkir dan jangkauan (shipping and coverage) section.
Fill in Tarif ongkir per km (Rp), between Rp500 and Rp20,000, e.g. 2500. Shop courier shipping = distance from the shop to the buyer's address times the rate, minimum Rp5,000.
Fill in Radius layanan (km). The shop courier only delivers within this radius plus 1 km; further away, buyers use a third-party courier.
Click Simpan ongkir (save). Buyers see the new figures right away.
Under Jasa kirim yang dilayani (delivery services offered), tick the couriers that deliver your shop's orders (own courier, GoSend, Grab, Maxim, JNE, J&T, SiCepat), choose at least one, then click Simpan jasa kirim.
Buyers only see the delivery options you ticked.
Tips
- An Agent cannot change its own radius; it is set by the Partner who manages the Agent (in Daftar Agen or Area Distribusi).
- Third-party couriers are calculated and delivered by their provider.
