The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Produk dan Stok (Products and Stock). The Notifikasi stok otomatis (automatic stock notifications) switch above the table turns the alerts on or off.
When an item's stock reaches or falls below its Stok level, the owner and team members allowed to manage stock are notified by email and WhatsApp with a reorder suggestion.
In Produk dan Stok, the Perlu reorder card shows how many items are at or below their level and how many you have not responded to yet.
On each item, choose a response: Sudah dipesan ulang (already reordered; enter the quantity), Tunda 3 hari (snooze 3 days), or Abaikan (ignore, 30 days).
Your response is recorded in the Log aktivitas and reminders pause until the snooze ends.
Tips
- Notifications only fire if the Stok level is set above 0.
