Reminders and Dashboard

Steps

1. 1

   Open Pusat Penjual > Pengingat (reminders). This list holds easily forgotten things (waiting orders, low stock, invoices due, and so on) with levels Mendesak (urgent), Penting (important), or Info. Click Buka (open) to jump to the related menu.

   The same summary is sent every morning by email and WhatsApp when something is urgent or important.

   Open the Dashboard and pick a time range (7, 30, or 90 days). The first cards compare Penjualan vs periode lalu (sales vs the previous period) and Perkiraan keuntungan (estimated profit: selling price minus cost; enter cost in Produk dan Stok).

   The Penjualan per hari (sales per day) and Pesanan per hari (orders per day) charts show each day's detail when you hover.

   See Produk terlaris (best sellers), Pelanggan teratas (top customers), Status Sales Order, and Pemenuhan pesanan (order fulfilment: shipped, cancelled, in progress).

   The Keuntungan dan piutang (profit and receivables), Pesanan dan retur (including Alasan retur, return reasons), and inventory (Stok menipis, items expected to run out within 7 days) sections support daily decisions.

   At the bottom, Skor dan pembanding (score and benchmark) shows where your shop stands against other shops without naming them.
