Courier: delivery fee, balance, and withdrawals
The per-delivery fee enters your Balance after a delivery with photo proof; withdraw to a bank account on the website.

Steps
After a delivery is finished with photo proof, your delivery fee is recorded in your balance (set by the shop, Rp0 to Rp200,000 per delivery).
On a computer or phone, sign in at satupack.com/penjual with your courier account. Only the Saldo dan penarikan (balance and withdrawals) menu appears.
Fill in the Rekening bank: choose the bank, Nomor rekening, and Nama pemilik rekening (must match your name), then Simpan rekening. A new account is usable after 24 hours.
Enter the amount under Ajukan penarikan (or Tarik semua) then click Ajukan penarikan. The Satupack team transfers, usually within 1 working day.

Tips
- Rp0 as the per-delivery fee means the shop does not pay fees through Satupack.
- A minimum withdrawal amount is shown on screen.
