For Couriers
GPS consent and GPS must stay on
Buyers and shops follow the delivery through your phone's GPS, so GPS must stay on while you work.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
When you first open the task screen (and again each new day), a Persetujuan GPS (GPS consent) pop-up appears. Read it and click Saya setuju (I agree). The consent is recorded with time and text version.
If you click Tidak setuju (disagree), the task screen stays locked (no Terima, departing, or finishing) until you review the consent and agree.
The phone asks for location permission: choose Allow, preferably Allow all the time if offered so the position keeps sending when the screen is off.
On Android, if GPS is off, a Google Hidupkan GPS (turn on GPS) box appears; press OK.
The task screen shows a green GPS aktif tag. While delivering the position is sent automatically and stops once the order is finished.
If GPS is switched off mid-task, the screen turns into GPS wajib hidup (GPS must be on) and the Terima, Selesaikan, and photo buttons stay locked until GPS is back (the app checks every 10 seconds).
Tips
- Android: pull down from the top and tap the Location icon. App permission: Settings > Apps > Satupack > Permissions > Location, enable precise location.
- iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services must be on; then Settings > Satupack > Location, choose While Using the App or Always, and turn on Precise Location.
- Battery saving: position is sent about every 25 seconds or 50 metres, only while you have an accepted order.
Common questions
Can the app force GPS to stay on?
No. Android and iPhone do not let apps force GPS. Satupack can only lock the work in the app while GPS is off and ask you to turn it on.
