Enabling the Cashier (PoS) and giving access
PoS is switched on per shop by the Satupack admin; after that the owner and cashiers can sell at pos.satupack.com.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Ask the Satupack admin to enable PoS Toko for your shop (contact Customer Care). It is off by default.
The admin chooses which functions may be used: cash, QRIS or transfer, pay later (credit sales), automatic wholesale pricing, discounts and their limit, and receipt printing options (browser, WhatsApp, Bluetooth).
Once active, the Kasir (PoS) menu appears in the Seller Center (under Penjualan) and opens pos.satupack.com in a new tab.
For staff, open User Access and create an invitation with the Kasir role (Kasir and Riwayat menus) or Kustom with a tick per submenu in the Kasir (PoS) group: Kasir (selling), Riwayat (history), Piutang (credit sales), and Ringkasan (summary). Each submenu stands alone, so you can give someone only Riwayat or only Piutang.
The cashier opens pos.satupack.com and signs in with email or phone number and the Satupack account password (the session is remembered for 30 days on the device).
To open it easily, install it on the home screen: Android Chrome three-dot menu > Install app; iPad or iPhone Safari Share > Add to Home Screen; laptop Chrome or Edge install icon in the address bar.
Tips
- The Cashier permission can only be granted after the shop's PoS is enabled.
- If the admin switches PoS off, cashiers cannot sell right away (screen “PoS belum diaktifkan”), but receipt data stays stored.
- Only the shop owner may cancel a receipt and open the cashier Pengaturan (settings).
- A menu you are not allowed to use is hidden; opening its address directly shows a friendly message. After signing in you land on Kasir (or on the first menu you are allowed to use).
