Credit sales: pay-later sales and settlement

Steps

   The Bayar nanti (pay later) function must be enabled by the admin for your shop (off by default). Then the Piutang (credit sales) tab appears.

   When paying, choose Bayar nanti, then pick or add a customer: name and phone number are required. Fill in a due date (optional, e.g. 7, 14, or 30 days).

   Credit sales do not enter the cash book until settled.

   Open the Piutang tab (needs the Piutang permission). The cards on top group credit sales by days until the due date: Terlambat (overdue), 7D (0 to 7 days left), 14D (8 to 14), 21D (15 to 21), and >21D (22 or more), each with receipts, customers, and balance. Tap a card to filter the list to that group; tap again to release.

   Search by customer name, receipt number, or phone number, narrow by transaction date and due date, and sort (due date, newest, largest balance, name). Hapus filter (clear filters) resets everything. Colour badges mark each receipt's group: red overdue, orange 7D, yellow 14D, light blue 21D, grey >21D.

   Cetak / Simpan PDF makes the credit-sales list for the current filter (receipt number, customer, transaction date, due date, total, paid, balance, group).

   Click Ingatkan (remind) to send a WhatsApp reminder to the customer.

8. 8

   When the customer pays, click Tandai lunas, choose the payment method (cash, QRIS, transfer), enter the amount (empty means settle in full; enter part for an instalment), and save. The payment enters the shop cash book.
