Steps
In Ringkasan (summary), Riwayat (history), and Piutang (credit sales) there are buttons Cetak / Simpan PDF (A4 print dialog), Unduh PDF (direct PDF file), Kirim via WhatsApp, and Simpan ke Google Drive (once the admin has set it up). The receipt detail has a Faktur nota (invoice).
The owner opens Pengaturan (rightmost menu) to choose the main destination (download/print, Google Drive, or WhatsApp), the paper size (A4 with attachment, or a compact 80 mm thermal receipt), the business name, address, and footer note for the letterhead, and a default WhatsApp number. Settings are stored encrypted on that device.
Google Drive: tap Hubungkan Google Drive in Settings and approve access. Files go to the Satupack Kasir folder, then a year-month subfolder. Satupack can only access files it created itself and makes no public links; the link shown opens only for your Google account. Putus (disconnect) revokes the connection.
WhatsApp: on a phone or computer that supports it, the share sheet opens with the PDF file (choose WhatsApp or another app). If unsupported, the PDF is downloaded and WhatsApp opens with a short message; attach the PDF you just downloaded from the paperclip icon.
The Drive button only shows once the Satupack admin has filled in the Google Client ID. Otherwise Settings says Belum dikonfigurasi admin (not configured by the admin).
Tips
- Reports contain sales figures only; customers' phone numbers are never in the PDF, CSV, or WhatsApp message.
- The transaction list is always in receipt-number order and has a payment-method column (Tunai, QRIS, Transfer, Piutang).
- In the phone app, share the Riwayat summary as text with the Bagikan button; the PDF file is made on the web.
Common questions
Why is there no Google Drive button?
The Satupack admin has not yet filled in the Google Client ID for this site. Once it is, the button appears and you only connect your Google account in Settings.
