Keep selling when the internet drops (offline)
Receipts are saved on the device while offline and sent automatically when the internet returns, with no duplicates.

Steps
Open the cashier once while online so the item catalogue is stored on the device. The screen then opens fast and keeps working without internet.
When the internet drops, the indicator at the top right changes to Offline. Keep selling as usual; receipts are saved in the device queue and the device stock decreases too.
Offline receipts use a temporary LOKAL-... number until sent; each receipt has a unique key so it is never duplicated.
When online again, receipts are sent automatically in order. In the phone app also when the app is reopened or when you press Kirim sekarang (send now).
Tap the Online/Offline icon to see the queue: Kirim sekarang, Coba kirim lagi (retry), Buang (discard), and Perbarui daftar barang (refresh the item list).
A receipt the server rejects (for example insufficient stock) is tagged Ditolak (rejected) with the reason; choose retry or discard.
Tips
- An offline receipt cannot be cancelled or settled before it is sent.
- The phone app does not poll the network constantly, so it saves battery.
- Cashier data on the device (offline receipts, customer names and phone numbers, the cart) is stored encrypted; when you sign out the unfinished cart is deleted, but offline receipts not yet sent stay safe and are sent after the same account signs in again.
