Bluetooth thermal printer in the phone app
Print receipts to a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer over Bluetooth from the Satupack app on Android.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Ask the Satupack admin to enable the Bluetooth receipt function for your shop. The printer button only appears when it is on.
In the phone's Bluetooth settings, pair the printer first (PIN is usually 0000 or 1234).
In the Satupack app open the Kasir screen, tap the printer icon at the top right, and choose the printer from the list of paired devices. The choice is remembered.
Choose paper size 58 mm (32 columns) or 80 mm (48 columns), then press Cetak uji (test print) to check size and connection.
After payment, on the success screen press Cetak Bluetooth.
If it fails, read the message (Bluetooth off, permission denied, printer not chosen, or printer off or too far). The receipt can still be sent by WhatsApp or Share.
Tips
- Android 12 and up asks for Bluetooth permission; allow it when asked.
- This feature is Android only. On iPhone the print button explains this and offers WhatsApp or Share.
- Receipt text is cleaned to ASCII (accents removed) because most cheap printers lack other characters.
Common questions
My printer is Bluetooth but not in the list?
Pair it in the phone's Bluetooth settings first. Pure BLE printers (without SPP) are not supported yet; dual-mode printers can usually be paired as classic.
