The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Simple mode is on for every shop: the Seller Centre shows only frequently used menus (orders, shipping, products, procurement, core finance, User Access). Other menus are hidden, not removed: press Show all menus (N more) below the menu list. The choice is remembered on your device, per shop.
Owners manage this in Shop status > Shop settings: the Simple mode switch applies to all team members; turn it off to always show the full menu.
Layered procurement approval (on by default): Purchase Requests must be approved by an Approve-rights holder and POs above the threshold must be approved before sending. If the buyer and the owner are the same person, turn it off: submissions are approved by the system and the PO threshold no longer applies. Changes are logged in the Activity Log.
One account in several shops: staff simply enter the invitation code from each shop owner (Seller Centre > Shop staff, or the mobile app > Account > Shop team). Each owner sets rights independently per shop.
On sign-in, staff with more than one shop choose the working shop. The choice is stored on the server, so it is the same on the website, the cashier, and the phone. Switch any time from the shop selector in the top bar (website) or Account > Shop team (phone).
The system never guesses a shop. Until one is chosen, menus stay closed; choose first, then every menu and the cashier follow that shop.
Leaving a team is per shop (Leave this shop's team). A shop owner keeps one shop and cannot join another shop as a member.
Subscription (once enabled by Satupack): a shop overdue past its grace period suspends team members until paid. The owner can still sign in, data stays safe, and new invitations are refused temporarily.
Tips
- Simple mode never removes rights: hidden menus can still be opened via Show all menus or a direct address, according to access rights.
- Turn off layered approval only when you do the buying yourself; with purchasing staff, keep it on as a control.
- On the phone the menu is already compact (sales, buyers, shipping); charts and finance stay on the website.
Common questions
Why can't my staff see the Expense Report menu?
Simple mode hides it. Ask them to press Show all menus, or turn Simple mode off in Shop settings.
My staff also works in another shop; can they see my shop's data from there?
No. Every function reads only the shop currently being worked on, and rights in each shop are independent.
What happens to PRs awaiting approval when the switch is turned off?
PRs already submitted still wait for a decision; only later submissions are approved by the system automatically.

- Paying Purchase Orders (payables) and automatic cost from purchase pricePurchase Orders sent to a vendor become payables automatically; record payments in one place, and item cost follows the latest purchase price.
- Shop security: limits, alerts, cashier PIN, and approvalsThe server rejects team actions beyond the limits (voids, discounts, manual QRIS, large POs, returns, stock) and every risky event alerts you; limits can be changed.
- Toko libur: scheduling shop holidaysDuring a holiday buyers cannot order and are redirected to another nearby shop; orders already placed are still processed.
