Cash Book: full history and running balance
Trace every rupiah in and out, with a running balance and order or invoice numbers you can click to open the order details.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Buku Kas (Cash Book, in the Keuangan group), or press the Buku Kas link on the Saldo dan penarikan or Keuangan page.
Pick the account: Dana di Satupack (funds in Satupack; its closing balance equals Available + Held in Saldo dan penarikan) or Kas toko (shop cash from Keuangan; its closing balance equals Saldo kas).
The table shows Tanggal (date), Jenis (type: sales, commission, shipping, refund, commission returned, withdrawal, manual cash, and more), Keterangan (note), No. SO / invoice, Masuk (in), Keluar (out), and the running Saldo.
Click an order number (SO) to open the order details in Riwayat Penjualan; the Lihat di Buku Kas button there brings you back to the entry. The three-dot menu also has Buka di Sales Order.
Filter with the quick periods or Dari tanggal and Sampai tanggal, choose a Jenis, or search order number, invoice, or note. The cards above show the opening balance, total in, total out, and closing balance for the period.
The running balance is always computed from the whole history, so it stays correct while you filter. Press Unduh CSV or Cetak for your records; the table is split into 20 rows per page.
Tips
- In the Kas toko account, cancelled entries still appear but do not change the balance. Satupack balance entries cannot be edited or deleted.
- Funds still Ditahan (held during the return period) are already counted in the running balance; they carry a Ditahan tag in the table.
