The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Riwayat Penjualan (Sales History; right under Sales Order; for the owner or anyone with the Keuangan permission). Only orders that are completed appear.
Each row shows the No. SO, completion Tanggal (date), Pelanggan (customer), Nilai penjualan (sales value), and Penerimaan (amount received). A small note under Penerimaan, e.g. *komisi 1% = Rp 1.800* (commission), explains the difference.
Nilai penjualan = item price after shop discounts or vouchers, without shipping. Penerimaan = Nilai penjualan - Commission. This formula holds on every row and on the total.
The commission shown is the figure recorded when the order completed, not today's rate. Orders completed before commission was switched on show *tanpa komisi* (no commission). If there was a return, the commission returned is already counted.
Choose the period with Semua (all), Bulan ini (this month), 30 hari, or 90 hari, or pick Dari tanggal and Sampai tanggal. Search by order number, invoice, or customer, or fill in Nama barang (item name). The cards above the table add up orders, sales value, commission, and received amount for the same filter.
Click the order number or the three-dot menu > Lihat rincian (view details) to see the items, the calculation, and the Jejak di Buku Kas (Cash Book trail). The menu also offers Buka di Sales Order and Lihat di Buku Kas.
Press Unduh CSV (raw numbers for Excel, with a TOTAL row) or Cetak (print; choose Save as PDF if needed). The table is split into 20 rows per page; use Sebelumnya (previous) and Berikutnya (next).
Tips
- Order processing fees, shipping that belongs to the shop, and return refunds are not mixed into Penerimaan; they are shown separately in the details and recorded in the Cash Book.
- Money in from sales under Keuangan uses the same Penerimaan figure; commission is not counted as money in.
- Partners see their own shop's sales (including Agent orders to the Partner, without commission). Sales made by an Agent do not appear in the Partner's shop.
Common questions
Why is the Penerimaan of a COD order different from what enters my Balance?
With COD you receive the goods money in cash from the buyer. Your Satupack balance is only charged that order's commission. Penerimaan is still Nilai penjualan - Komisi.
My commission differs from today's rate, is that wrong?
No. Commission uses the figure recorded when the order completed. A rate change only applies to orders completed afterwards.
