How plans work
The shop owner is always free. Every person you invite through User Access with their own login counts as one user; couriers and Agents are not counted.
Pick a plan by the number of users: Starter, Medium, or Enterprise. On the 1st of each month one invoice is issued for the plan price. Pay from the Subscription menu in the Seller Center.
Grace period of 7 days. After that, team members cannot sign in until it is paid; the owner can still sign in and all data is kept.
Shops that already have members when the subscription starts get 1 free month(s), and the smallest plan that fits is selected automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee for the shop owner?
No. The owner uses the whole system for free. Only the sales commission applies, as set by Satupack.
Does the owner count towards the plan's user limit?
No. The user limit counts only team members with a login. Starter with 5 users means the owner plus up to 5 members.
What if one person works at two shops?
They count as one user at each shop, because access rights differ per shop.
Are couriers and Agents counted?
No. Shop couriers and Agent accounts are not counted as users.
What if my team grows mid-month?
Upgrade any time: the new plan applies now and you only pay the price difference for the remaining days (prorated). Downgrades take effect from next month.
How do I pay?
Through Midtrans: QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet, or card, from the Subscription menu in the Seller Center. The owner is notified by email and WhatsApp when an invoice is issued.
