Setting free shipping for the shop courier
Set an order amount so buyers delivered by the shop courier pay no shipping. The shop absorbs it; it shows on the product page and checkout and can be turned off anytime.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Seller Center > Delivery > Couriers and shipping (shop owner only), then find the Free shipping card.
Enter Free shipping for orders from (Rp), between 10,000 and 100,000,000. Example: 100000.
Press Save free shipping. Buyers immediately see the condition in the seller box on the product page.
At checkout, buyers delivered by the shop courier see shipping Free once their order (after discounts and vouchers) reaches the amount; if not, the shortfall shows, e.g. “Add Rp 87,500 more for free shipping”.
To turn it off, clear the field and save.
Tips
- An amount slightly above buyers' average order encourages them to add items.
- The waived shipping is absorbed by the shop and recorded on the order; no shipping income goes to the balance for that order.
Common questions
Does it apply to third-party couriers?
No. Free shipping is only for deliveries by your shop courier, because third-party courier fees are paid by the buyer directly to the carrier.
What if the buyer uses a voucher?
The order amount is calculated after discounts and vouchers. If the discount brings it below the threshold, shipping is still charged.
