Adding a product video
Upload one short MP4 video (up to 30 MB) on a product so buyers see the goods in motion. The video appears in the product page gallery after the photos.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Seller Center > Products and Stock, then add a new product or open Edit on an existing one.
In the Product video field press + Add video and choose an MP4 file (up to 30 MB).
Check the preview, then Save. The video appears as a play-icon item in the product page gallery.
To replace it press Replace video. To remove it press Delete video then save.
Tips
- A 15 to 30 second video showing the size and strength of the product is the most useful.
- Phone videos in MOV format are not accepted; export or save as MP4 (H.264) first.
Common questions
Why was my video rejected?
Only MP4 files up to 30 MB are accepted. Reduce the resolution or length, or export it again as MP4.
