The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Finance > Payroll then Add employee: name, position, base salary, fixed allowance and deduction, and start date. The owner can also enter phone and bank account; other members see them masked.
Pick the salary month. The table shows who is Paid and who is Unpaid that month, with both totals.
For one person: three-dot menu > Pay salary, adjust that month's allowance or deduction if needed (for example overtime), choose cash or bank, and pay. For everyone at once: Pay all unpaid.
Each payment creates a numbered payslip and an automatic cash-out to the Salaries and wages account, so it flows into the Profit and Loss and Cash Flow without extra journals.
Three-dot menu > Download payslip PDF for the employee; the PDF carries a watermark of who downloaded it. Download report gives a CSV of all employees for that month.
Paid wrongly? Void the payslip with a reason: its cash-out is voided too and the salary can be paid again. Closed months are locked.
Tips
- BPJS and income tax are not calculated automatically. Enter them manually as allowance or deduction using your or your accountant's calculation.
- Employees who leave are deactivated, not deleted, so payslip history stays.
Common questions
Who can see salaries?
Only the owner and members with Manage finance. Members with View finance alone do not see payroll data.
