The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
The owner opens Shop status > Tax (PKP) card, ticks This shop is PKP, enters the NPWP (15 or 16 digits), and chooses whether selling prices include VAT or not. Non-PKP shops do not see the VAT menu at all.
Once on, Finance > VAT appears. Pick a month: output and input VAT are computed automatically from net sales and the VAT on Purchase Orders at the current rate (11%).
Tap Record invoice to log a tax invoice issued or received through Coretax: type, serial number (typed manually), date, counterparty, their NPWP, tax base, and VAT. Satupack only records; it does not issue e-Faktur.
The top cards compare the automatic figures with what is recorded in the register; the difference helps find unrecorded invoices. VAT payable or refundable is shown separately.
Wrong invoice? Three-dot menu > Void invoice with a reason; the record is kept. Download the report and invoice list as CSV for your accountant.
Tips
- Satupack does not create VAT journals automatically and does not remit tax. Payment and monthly return filing remain yours to do.
- Closed months are locked for new invoices.
Common questions
Why is there no VAT menu?
The menu only appears when the owner marks the shop as PKP in Shop status.
