Choosing where a product is listed: e-commerce and PoS
In the Products and Stock table, tick the E-commerce and PoS columns to list a product in the online shop, at the cashier, or both. Untick to hide it.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Seller Center > Products and Stock. The table has two checkbox columns: E-commerce (website and buyer app) and PoS (cashier).
Untick E-commerce so the product is not shown and cannot be ordered by buyers; untick PoS so it does not appear in the cashier's item list. Tick again to list it once more.
For many products at once: tick the box in the column header for all products shown, or select several products and press List on e-commerce, Turn off e-commerce, List on PoS, or Turn off PoS.
Changes apply at the cashier immediately; on the website and buyer app they appear within a few minutes.
Tips
- Trigunung catalog products can also be set per your shop without affecting other shops.
- Inactive products are listed nowhere and their boxes are locked; activate via the three dots > Activate.
- Cashier sales that already happened do not change when a product is hidden from the cashier.
Common questions
Why can't I tick the box?
The box is locked when the product is Inactive or frozen, or your account lacks permission to manage the catalog. Activate the product first via the three dots.
A buyer already put that product in their cart, what happens?
At checkout the order is rejected with a message that the item is not currently sold online; the buyer is asked to remove it from the cart.
