Receipt photos: attach a photo of the receipt to financial records
Attach up to three photos of a receipt to a cash-out or journal so expenses are easy to prove.

Steps
When recording a cash-out or journal, tap Attach receipt photo, then take a photo or choose the receipt image from your gallery.
The photo is shrunk automatically (up to 1600 pixels) and camera location data is removed before upload, saving data and improving privacy.
One record can have up to 3 photos in JPG, PNG, or WebP, each at most 3 MB.
Photos are kept in private storage: only team members allowed to view finance can open them, via the Receipt marker in the list.
A saved receipt photo cannot be changed or deleted, just like the financial record itself (it can only be voided together with the record).
Tips
- Shoot straight on with enough light so the numbers are readable.
- Members with View finance can see receipts; attaching needs Manage finance.
Common questions
Why was my photo rejected?
It must be JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 3 MB, and one record takes at most 3 photos.
