Filling in the food permit and halal status
Products in food categories must have a food permit and halal status filled in to go live; until complete they stay as drafts. Your entries are shown to buyers as seller information.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Produk dan Stok (Products and Stock) and click Tambah produk (Add product), or the three-dot menu > Ubah (Edit) on an existing product, fill in the Nama (name), then choose the Kategori produk (product category). If the category is a food category (e.g. Kopi, Keripik, Gula dan Pemanis), the Izin edar dan halal (permit and halal) section appears.
Choose the Jenis izin edar (permit type): BPOM MD (domestic product), BPOM ML (imported), PIRT (home industry), or Izin lain (other: type its number), then enter the Nomor izin edar (permit number) exactly as on the package, e.g. MD 267411001234.
Choose the Status halal. If the product has a certificate, choose Halal bersertifikat (certified) and enter the Nomor sertifikat halal (certificate number). If not, choose Belum bersertifikat halal (not yet certified): this is an honest option and is shown to buyers as is (there is no "not applicable" option).
Complete the other fields and click Tambah produk (or Simpan perubahan). When the permit and halal data are complete, the product goes live right away. Otherwise it is saved as Draf: lengkapi data pangan (draft: complete food data) and is not visible yet.
Your older food products that are still incomplete are labelled Pangan belum lengkap (food data incomplete) and appear in Pengingat (Reminders). Open the three-dot menu > Ubah, complete the permit and halal section, and save; a draft goes live automatically once complete.
Buyers see on the product page badges such as BPOM MD 267411001234 or PIRT 2093201010123-23, and Halal bersertifikat or Belum bersertifikat halal, with a note that this is information from the seller.
Tips
- These entries are your own statements. Satupack does not call them "verified"; make sure the number is correct and matches the package, because buyers and officials can check it.
- Format checking is light (5 to 40 characters, containing digits); it is not an official BPOM or halal-authority check.
- Non-food products (bags, packaging, tools) are not asked to fill in this section.
- Products from the Katalog Trigunung (Partners and Agents) need nothing from you: their category, food permit, and halal status follow the head-office product filled in by Trigunung and cannot be changed in your shop. Head-office food products whose data is incomplete cannot be selected yet.
Common questions
Why can't I activate my food product?
Products in a food category must have the food permit and halal status filled in. Open the three-dot menu > Ubah, complete the Izin edar dan halal section, and save.
May I choose Belum bersertifikat halal?
Yes, as long as it is honest. The product can still go live and buyers see Belum bersertifikat halal. Make sure the food permit is filled in as well.
Is my product category a food category?
Look for the Izin edar dan halal section: if it appears after you choose the category, it is a food category. If it does not appear, there is nothing to fill in.
