For Sellers and shops
Choosing the report period
The dashboard and reports offer periods from 7 days to 5 years; you choose which ones show and which opens first.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
On the Dashboard, Keuangan (finance), and reports, pick the period with the row of buttons at the top: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years. On a phone the row scrolls sideways inside its box; the page itself does not move.
Periods count back from today in Jakarta time. 7 days to 90 days mean today and the days before; 6 months to 5 years mean full calendar months back (today 21 October 2026, 6 months = 22 April 2026 to 21 October 2026).
Want to hide periods you rarely use or change which one opens first? Open Pengaturan (settings) > Laporan (Periode laporan), tick the periods to show (at least 2), choose Bawaan (default), then press Simpan (save). The preview below shows the result. Atur ulang (reset) brings back all periods with a 30-day default.
This choice belongs to your own account (each team member can differ) and is stored on the server, so it applies on your other devices too. The cashier (PoS) still opens Hari ini (today) first.
A shop that is only a few months old has no 5-year history. When a period is longer than the shop's history, figures and charts start from the date data exists, with the note Data tersedia sejak (data available since) and the date. No fake zeros.
Comparison with the previous period only appears when the whole previous period has data. Otherwise the card says belum ada pembanding (no comparison yet).
Tips
- A custom date range (Tanggal bebas) can span up to 1830 days = 5 years.
- Daily charts for periods above 6 months are grouped by month so they stay readable.
Common questions
Why is my 5-year chart so short?
Because the shop is only a few months old. The chart starts on the date data exists (see the Data available since note), not five years ago.
