The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Dashboard. The first row has six cards: Sales, Gross profit, Orders and receipts, Receivables, Vendor payables, and Cash and bank balance. Green/red arrows and percentages only appear when a previous period exists to compare with.
Pick a period at top right (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year). Sales, profit, trend, and mix follow the period; Receivables, Vendor payables, and stock always show today's position.
Sales trend: net sales (online + cashier - returns) per day, or per month for long periods. Sales mix: a donut with tabs Channel (online, Agent, cashier), Category, and Product; the legend shows amount and percent (adding up to 100%).
Receivables aging and Payables aging: a bar and table by how long past due (not yet due, 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, over 90 days). The further right/redder, the longer overdue. Below are the customers or vendors with the largest amounts.
Invoices due: invoices and Purchase Orders already overdue or due within 7 days, most overdue first. Press All invoices or All payables for the full list and to record payments.
Low and out of stock: items below minimum stock with remaining quantity, minimum, and suggested reorder quantity. Press Create Purchase Request to order. Items only appear when minimum stock is set in Products and Stock.
An empty widget does not mean something is broken: it says what it means and what you can do (e.g. set a due date on a Purchase Order so payables aging can be read). If the shop is younger than the chosen period, it shows data available since the first date with data.
Tips
- Sales figures match Business Summary and the Sales Report (online counts when the order completes, cashier when the receipt is made), so there are never two different numbers for the same thing.
- Fill in item cost in Product Prices so Gross profit is not labelled an estimate. Fill in due dates on invoices and Purchase Orders so aging is accurate.
- One widget failing to load does not affect the others; press Try again in that widget. A widget whose data is outside your account's permissions shows a permission note.
Common questions
Why is the Sales mix donut empty?
There are no completed online orders or cashier receipts in the chosen period. Try a longer period; data appears automatically after sales.
Why are Vendor payables Rp 0?
No Purchase Order has been sent to a vendor and left unpaid. Payables come from Purchase Orders, not from ordinary cash entries.
Why are 3 or 5 year periods not offered?
The server limits reports to 366 days. For longer spans, use the yearly Financial Reports.
