Customising your menu: hide the menus you do not use
Every menu you have rights to shows in the sidebar. In Settings > Menu you hide the ones you do not use; this applies to your account only and never changes access rights.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Settings in the sidebar (Team and Settings group), then choose the Menu tab.
The list is grouped like the sidebar. Untick the menus you do not use, or tick them again to show them. Select all and Clear in each group change a whole group at once; the Search the menu list box helps you find a specific menu.
The Sidebar preview on the right (below the list on small screens) shows your sidebar after saving. Press Save; the sidebar changes immediately and your choice is stored on the server, so it is the same on every device. Cancel discards unsaved changes.
Hidden menus can still be opened: type the name in the Search menu box above the sidebar menu list, then pick the result. The menu you are currently viewing always stays in the sidebar.
Reset to default brings back every menu you have rights to.
Two menus cannot be hidden and are marked Required: Settings (so you can always undo) and Reminders (important tasks such as due invoices and low stock).
Tips
- The choice is per user per shop: every team member arranges their own sidebar, and the shop owner does not change it for them.
- Hiding a menu only changes the display: access rights are not added or removed, and no data is deleted. Menus the owner has not granted never appear in this list.
- The other Settings tabs (Shop, Team and access rights, Cashier and documents, Tax and bookkeeping, Subscription, Account security, Notifications) are shortcuts to existing screens; tabs that do not apply to your account are not shown.
Common questions
A menu I use is gone from the sidebar. Why?
It was probably hidden in Settings > Menu. Search its name in the Search menu box, or open Settings > Menu and tick it again. If it is not in the Settings > Menu list at all, your account has not been granted that menu: ask the shop owner.
Do my staff lose menus when I hide them?
No. The menu setting applies only to the account that changed it. Staff access rights are set by the owner in User Access.
Where did Simple mode and the Show all menus button go?
They were replaced by Settings > Menu. Every menu you have rights to shows, and you hide the ones you do not need yourself.
If I switch device, does my menu choice follow me?
Yes, the choice is stored on the server for your account and shop, so it is the same on every web device.
