Employee self-registration through a link
HR creates a registration link; candidates fill in their own details and only become employees once HR approves them.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open the Employees menu and press Self-registration.
Create a link (valid for 1 to 30 days, with a limit on the number of people and a default branch), then send it through WhatsApp. The link is shown only once; it can be revoked at any time.
The candidate opens the link, completes the security check, then fills in their name, phone number, and other details.
The data goes into the Waiting for verification queue and is not an employee yet: no check-in and no payroll.
HR opens the queue, reviews it, then Approves (enter the start date and base salary) or Rejects. For rejected entries the personal data is cleared.
The shop owner can turn on Require a Satupack account first to refuse registrations without an account. The phone number is only saved to the employee record when the shop owner is the one approving.
Tips
- Because the link is shown only once, copy or send it right away. If you missed it, revoke that link and create a new one.
Common questions
Does someone who registers through the link become an employee right away?
No. They enter the Waiting for verification queue and only become an employee after HR approves them and enters the start date and base salary.
What if the link ends up with someone who should not have it?
Revoke the link at any time. Unknown registrants can be rejected, and their personal data is cleared.
