Import employees and organization data from Excel
One Excel file may contain Branch, Department, Position, and Employee sheets; there is a preview, only valid rows are saved, and problem rows can be downloaded to fix.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open the Employees menu and press Import from Excel.
Download the blank template or the filled example, fill in the sheets you need, and save it as .xlsx (maximum 2 MB and 2000 rows).
Pick the file: the per-sheet preview shows how many rows will be saved, skipped (already exist), and have problems. Nothing is saved at this point.
Press Save: only valid rows are saved. Identical rows (same national ID, or same name and start date) are skipped, so uploading again is safe.
Download the problem rows, fix their Error column, then import again. Every import is recorded permanently in the import history.
Other sheets such as Shift, Schedule, Leave, and Pay components are not supported yet (next stage).
Tips
- Allowed sheets: Branch, Department, Position, and Employee. You do not have to fill all of them; fill only what you need.
Common questions
Does uploading the same file twice create duplicates?
No. Identical rows (same national ID, or same name and start date) are skipped, so uploading again is safe.
Some rows have problems. Does the whole import fail?
No. Only valid rows are saved. Download the problem rows, fix their Error column, then import again.
Can I import shift schedules or leave?
Not yet. The Shift, Schedule, Leave, and Pay components sheets are not supported yet; that is the next stage.
