Logistics Team: inviting Canvassers (Satuvas)
Turn Canvas on, invite Canvassers by link, check their ID card, then approve. One person can join only one store.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Tim Logistik (store owners only). In the Canvas (jual keliling) card turn on the Canvas switch. It is off by default.
Set the Lacak canvas switch (on by default): a Canvasser's position is recorded only while a canvas run is active and the app is open, and kept for 90 days. Fill in the Batas turun harga (price drop limit, default 2%) and Batas selisih barang dan uang (stock and cash variance limit, default 0.2%), then Simpan batas.
Click Undang Canvaser. Fill in the candidate's name (optional), choose WhatsApp, Email, or Salin tautan saja (copy the link only), enter the number or email, then Buat undangan.
Send the link with Kirim lewat WhatsApp, Kirim lewat email, or Salin tautan. The link is valid for 72 hours and works for one person only. It is shown just once; if lost, choose Tautan baru (kirim ulang) in the three-dot menu.
The candidate opens the link on their phone, signs in or creates a Satupack account, then fills in their name, phone number, and ID card photo. Their status becomes Menunggu persetujuan (awaiting approval).
On the applicant's row choose Periksa dan putuskan. Write a reason for opening the data (at least 10 characters), press Buka data, check the phone number and ID card photo, then Setujui (approve) or Tolak (reject; write a reason for the applicant).
Once approved, the Canvasser signs in to Satuvas and agrees to position tracking once. The status column shows whether they have agreed.
The three-dot menu also has Nonaktifkan (access is removed immediately) and Aktifkan kembali (reactivate).
Tips
- Phone numbers and ID cards are always masked in the table. Each time you open the real data, the reason and time are recorded permanently.
- One person can be active in one store only. Store owners and other stores' team members cannot become Canvassers.
- Turning Canvas off stops new invitations; existing members stay on record.
Common questions
Why can't I press Undang Canvaser?
Canvas is still off for your store. Turn on the Canvas switch in the top card of the Tim Logistik page.
Can I see an ID card photo without giving a reason?
No. ID card photos are locked; one opens for you for about an hour after you write a reason and press Buka data.
