Antar Satusend: delivery tasks with store drivers
Turn Satusend on, invite drivers, then assign online orders, cashier receipts, or manual deliveries. Drivers prove pickup and delivery with photos on their phone.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
The owner opens Pusat Penjual > Antar Satusend > the Pengaturan tab, then turns on Satusend aktif. Online orders delivered by the store's own courier automatically become delivery tasks.
In the Kurir toko tab choose Undang driver, send the link, then check the ID card and approve in Tim Logistik. The owner can also Nonaktifkan (deactivate) a driver; a driver with open tasks cannot be deactivated.
The Tugas antar tab lists every task. Click a task number, choose a driver, then Tugaskan (assign). Use Tugas manual for deliveries to regular customers without an order or receipt.
When Driver boleh mengambil tugas sendiri is on, drivers take new tasks themselves from their phone.
The driver picks up the goods (photo), departs, arrives, then hands over with a photo and the receiver's name. The receiver's signature is required when Tanda tangan penerima wajib is on.
If delivery fails, the driver picks a reason and sends a photo. The task becomes Gagal; once the goods are back, press Terima barang kembali.
Click a task to see the Bukti (Lihat foto) and the unchangeable Riwayat.
The Peta driver tab shows the last position of drivers who are delivering. Lihat jejak opens the full trail and is recorded permanently. Set Lacak posisi driver selama mengantar and how long trails are kept in the Pengaturan tab (owner only).
The Chat tab lets you message drivers (one thread per driver, optionally labelled with a task). A task's detail has Kirim pesan ke driver. You can fill in the destination coordinates in the task detail by pasting a Google Maps link.
Tips
- Proof photos are shrunk and stripped of location data before upload.
- COD applies to online orders and receivable cashier receipts; manual tasks and paid receipts are not collected. The money flow is in the article Satusend: COD deposits, receivables, and driver expenses.
Common questions
Why can't I press Undang driver?
The Satusend aktif switch is still off. Turn it on in the Pengaturan tab (owner only).
What about the old courier flow?
Once Satusend is on, online orders delivered by the store's courier use Satusend. Stores that have not turned it on keep the old courier flow.
