Stock transfer between branches: send, then receive
Move goods from one branch to another in two steps: send from the origin branch, then receive at the destination branch. A shortfall on receipt is recorded automatically.

Steps
The Pindah stok (Stock transfer) menu only exists when the shop has two or more active branches and your account has the Atur stok (Manage stock) permission. Open Pusat Penjual (Seller Center) > Gudang dan Produk (Warehouse and Products) > Pindah stok.
Press Pindah stok baru (New stock transfer). Choose Dari cabang (From branch) and Ke cabang (To branch), search for the item, press Tambah (Add), then fill in Jumlah dipindah (Quantity moved), which cannot exceed the stock available at the origin branch. The note is optional.
Press Simpan draf (Save draft) if you do not want to send yet, or Simpan dan kirim (Save and send) to send right away. A draft can be sent later through Buka (Open) > Kirim sekarang (Send now).
When sent, the origin branch stock decreases and the goods are recorded as Dalam perjalanan (In transit). They are not in the destination branch yet, but still belong to the shop and cannot be sold twice.
At the destination branch, open the document and press Terima kiriman (Receive shipment). If everything matches, press the big Semua sesuai (All match) button. If something is missing or damaged, press Ada yang kurang? Isi jumlah diterima (Something missing? Enter the quantity received), fill in what actually arrived, then Simpan penerimaan (Save receipt).
A shortfall reduces the shop stock by that amount, is recorded as a correction, and the owner is notified. The document gets the status Diterima, ada selisih (Received, with shortfall).
Sent by mistake? Press Batalkan pindah stok (Cancel stock transfer), write the reason (at least 3 characters), then Ya, batalkan pindah stok (Yes, cancel). For a document already sent, the goods return to the origin branch. A document already received cannot be cancelled.
Tips
- The person who sent a transfer cannot receive the same document, except the shop owner. This keeps a second pair of eyes on every move.
- Stock transfer documents are never deleted, so their history can always be traced.
- Use the status filter in the list to see shipments still Dalam perjalanan (In transit).
Common questions
Why is there no Pindah stok menu?
Your shop has only one active branch, or your account does not have the Manage stock permission together with View all branches or Manage branches. Contact the shop owner.
