Satuvas: finishing a canvas and Receive at the warehouse
The salesperson presses Finish canvas after everything is sent; warehouse staff do Receive in Warehouse mode with two signatures and a receipt photo.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Salesperson: open Home > Finish canvas. See the recap: cash to hand over = cash sales + approved cash collections + remaining cash advance. The button is active only when every receipt has been sent. After pressing it, no new sales can be added.
Warehouse: warehouse staff sign in with their own account (Receive canvas goods right) and choose Warehouse. The Receive goods screen lists dispatches that have returned; pick one.
Count each item and fill the Physical column. If there is a difference, enter a reason and choose whether the store or the salesperson bears it.
Warehouse staff and the salesperson sign in two boxes on the same device, photo the two-party receipt, then Save receipt (needs signal). The receipt is permanent.
A difference above the store limit notifies the owner to review. Finance matches the money in the Seller Center.
Tips
- The dispatch's own salesperson cannot do its Receive.
- Without signal, Save receipt is disabled because the result must be stored at once on the server.
Common questions
Finish canvas cannot be pressed.
Some receipts or entries are still unsent. Open Sending status, find signal, then Send now.
The dispatch is missing from the Receive list.
The salesperson has not pressed Finish canvas, or the dispatch is already received.
